Creative Kids Education Centre - licensed with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development
Operates from a facility designed and built around its programs. Seven classrooms with large windows offer natural lighting and an inviting space in which to play and learn. 3 classrooms are equipped with bathrooms. A gymnasium supports physical activity even on inclement days. A large common area provides additional space for program delivery.

The outside environment boasts several sand boxes including a classroom sized sand box, a sand kitchen, field for active play, gardens, and natural wooded spaces.
A hill for winter sledding, running track, separate play space for preschoolers and toddlers, and a large wooded area encourage exploration and engagement. Much of the natural ecological habitat has been preserved, and along with additional plantings utilizing native Nova Scotia plants provides learning opportunities in life cycles, observation, plants, insects and small creatures.
