Science is all around us waiting to be discovered. Whether exploring, investigating, or mixing materials together campers will have a fun-filled week making predictions then testing them out. Baking, bubbles, art, water, soil and more.

This camp is for children entering Grades One or Two this September 2026. Morning and afternoon snack included in the fee.

This week, the Outdoor Adventurers will learn the skills they need to be prepared for a summer of adventure. We will create personal first aid kits for campers to store in their backpack and learn how to use them. We will talk about emergency preparedness and what to do in an emergency, as well as how to build a campfire and begin learning how to use tools safely to expand our adventures later this summer.

This week the STEAM campers will begin to explore the topics of coding with a Minecraft for Education Base Camp Build and mBot Rescue Mission. They will consider math in the kitchen by exploring trail mix ratios and design blueprints for their "ideal" summer camp including concepts such as measurement, scaling and symmetry before trying to build these blueprints in our shared virtual world.

Outdoors, the STEAM Campers will participate in Unplugged Coding: Human Algorithms where they will work in pairs as a robot and a programmer practicing giving step by step instructions to complete tasks along the way.

A Young Explorer is a child 4 - 5 years of age entering Grade Primary in September 2026.The perfect camp for creators in the making! Get those creative juices flowing with Lego, K'Nex, cardboard, paint, glue, natural materials, ingredients to mix, stir, sculpt and so much more.

Discover a world of imagination with your favourite mythical creatures such as Pokemon, unicorns, dragons, fairies, & mermaids! Get creative and make your own Pokemon cards, unicorn horns. Mold and design 3D creatures with mixed media. Get outside and explore the woods for signs that creatures have been there.

This week campers will be harnessing the elements of Fire, Water, Wind and Earth, bringing them together to tame the beast of the forest! Fulfill quests of endurance, agility, teamwork and resourcefulness to earn the elemental gems needed to lull the beast back to sleep.

Enjoy the heat of summer with cool water games and team challenges, but you have to be ready to get wet! Team up with your friends, choose your water accessories, and use our 4.5 acres of property to build your base and then the water games are on. Design your own water challenges with your teammates – what realm will you focus on – science, math, art, physical….?

Take your love of the outdoors, mix it with creativity and bake up a week of natural summer fun! Den building, nature art, fairy houses, bugs and more. And water games to cool off in the afternoons!
