Cancellation Policy
Camps:
Cancellations must be made in writing to creativekids@accesswave.ca 2 weeks
prior to the scheduled start date of the camp. Cancellations are subject to
a $15.00 Administration Fee per camp.
There will be no charge to move registration to a different camp (provided
that there is space).
No refunds will be granted after the camp begins. In the case of medical or
family emergencies, credits will be given to use in the future.
We reserve the right to cancel or combine camps with fewer than 6 campers
enrolled. Full refunds will be given if we cancel a camp.
Program Requirements:
A water bottle is needed each day.
Wear sturdy shoes—crocks, sandals, and flip flops are not safe but can be packed in backpack and used for water activities.
Children may bring a sack lunch or buy from the menu at $6/meal. We provide a morning/afternoon snack.
Dress in weather appropriate clothes— students must be prepared to be outside for much of the day. Young students should have a change of clothes available.
